THINGS I
LOVE & USE
Things that have earned a place in my real life.
From the things I put in my body to the things I put on my skin, read, wear, cook with, and genuinely enjoy — this is where I'm sharing the stuff I actually use.
No perfect list. No “must-haves.” Just things I like enough to tell you about.

I WROTE THE BOOK ON IT.
Yes. Literally. 😂
This book came from my own belief that women's bodies aren't problems to solve… and health shouldn't require punishment.
I wrote Fasting for Women to explore how fasting can fit into a woman's real life — without turning wellness into another set of rigid rules.
WORDS WORTH SITTING WITH.
Love Letters
by Shannon Beardsmore
Why I love it:
287 pages of self-love right here. 🩷 Shannon created Love Letters as a place for women to reflect, dream, laugh, reconnect with themselves, and remember that their lives get written one choice at a time. It's joyful, encouraging, a little sassy, and full of heart—much like Shannon herself.

Seed DS-01® Daily Synbiotic
Why I use it:
I've used this as part of my daily routine because supporting gut health is one of those foundational things I keep coming back to. Simple, consistent, and easy to work into real life.
LMNT Electrolyte Drink Mix
Why I use it:
I use LMNT every day. It's an easy way for me to stay on top of hydration and electrolytes—especially with workouts, time outside, travel, or just a busy day. Simple, convenient, and one of those things that's become part of my routine.
Paleo Valley Grass Fed Meat Sticks
Why I use them:
These are one of my favorite grab-and-go protein options. They're easy to toss in my bag when I'm traveling or running around, and I love having something satisfying on hand when real food isn't immediately available.

COOK ~
Carote Non-Toxic & Non-Stick Cookware
Why I use it:
This is hands-down some of the best nonstick cookware I've ever used. I wanted a non-toxic option without giving up the easy cooking and cleanup I love about nonstick—and this stuff delivers. Food releases beautifully, cleanup is ridiculously easy, and it stores beautifully. I genuinely love it.
Cuisinel 2-in-1 Cast Iron Dutch Oven
Why I use it:
I love anything that earns its cabinet space by doing more than one job. This gives me a Dutch oven, deep skillet, and a lid that doubles as another skillet—all in one purchase. It holds heat beautifully, the silicone handle covers make cast iron easier to manage, and even the little scraper makes cleanup and care simple. Versatile, durable, and genuinely easy to use.
OXO Good Grips Angled Measuring Cup
Why I use it:
Because apparently I spent years bending down to read a measuring cup when I didn't have to. 😂 The angled markings let me see the measurement from above, so there's no lifting, squinting, checking, and adjusting. It's comfortable to hold, easy to read, and one of those simple little kitchen tools that just makes cooking easier.
